Did we mention that we have a really cool outside faucet? It runs both hot and cold water. It's a brand new thing, and the plumber says we are the second house in Utah to get one!

We decided to put the Condo up for sale in mid-July. Before it even got to the Multiple Listings we had two buyers offering everything we wanted. One was an investor looking to rent--it was perfect. We could rent back until we got the house done. So we took it. On Aug 14, we became technically homeless, as we became renters instead of home owners.
