Plot Summary
When the plane on which Cohen and Schanke are transporting a prisoner
explodes, Nick's guilt threatens to overwhelm him. As he contemplates
leaving, his new partner Tracy Vetter finds herself on dangerous
ground while tracking a mystery man, who may have survived the plane
crash. As Nick struggles for equilibrium, the bomber prepares to
strike again--much closer to home.
